The Ukraine has no legal restrictions on the import of chrysotile or other forms of asbestos, and the use of asbestos in various products remains widespread throughout the country. This eight-hour lecture course will be presented at the Ternopil State Medical University in Ukraine and is designed to promote awareness in the local medical profession by focusing on current science in asbestos toxicology. The lecture will be presented by Dr. Andrey Korchevskiy from Chemistry & Industrial Hygiene, Inc. and is scheduled for November 24th and 25th, 2015.
