C&IH to Present on Talc Risk Assessment at the SRA 2025 Annual Meeting

C&IH has arranged a symposium on talc risk assessment for the upcoming 2025 Annual Meeting of the Society for Risk Analysis (SRA) being held at the Westin Downtown Washington, D.C., from December 7 through 10, 2025. The symposium is titled T4-H: Talc Around Us – Using Risk Assessment to Navigate Hazards. Sessions for the symposium will explore the use of risk assessment approaches to address ongoing questions about talc exposure and health outcomes. Speakers will highlight mineralogical, toxicological, and epidemiologic evidence to clarify how scientific methodology can guide public health decisions regarding talc use in consumer and occupational settings.
