C&IH President Eric Rasmuson earned his Graduate Certificate in Risk Sciences and Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University, Bloomberg School of Public Health in 2016. The program combines graduate-level studies in epidemiology, toxicology, and biostatistics with coursework in qualitative and quantitative risk assessment methodologies, and includes classes in domestic regulations and international policies related to risk management. The multidisciplinary emphasis of the program imparts a working knowledge of the science involved in properly conducting a human health risk assessment and incorporates a comprehension of policy application for managing an identified health risk in in the public domain.
