The 2017 British Occupational Hygiene Society (BOHS) Annual Conference, held in April in Harrogate, England, included a professional development course led by C&IH entitled, “Risk Assessment Boot Camp: Asbestos, Silica, Metals and Organic Compounds.” The PDC is designed to help equip industrial hygiene professionals with the most current risk assessment methodologies when evaluating health exposures in the workplace and community, and will be offered again by C&IH at the upcoming American Industrial Hygiene Conference and Exhibition held June 4th through 7th in Seattle, Washington.
